Architectural

Hi Brightwood Trails Home Owners!

As a reminder, any exterior modifications done to your home or property need to be approved by the Brightwood Trails Architectural Review Committee.  Below are the architectural guidelines and ARC application.

All you have to do is submit the application below detailing what modifications you would like to make to the outside of your home.  Make sure to include pictures of your materials and a plot map if needed.  Then just submit it to the management team so they can present it to the committee for review.
